DURATION : 3-5 DAYS

Objective

This course will develop your knowledge , skills and attitudes required to effectively develop, conduct and evaluate a course . Learn how to use the skills needed to conduct an effective training program to create a positive learning environment; coach and motivate trainees; manage conflict and much more.

Requirements

Pass SPM with a credit in English.

Formal education, such as having a diploma or a degree, is not necessary

You must be minimum 17 years old to enroll in the aircraft maintenance license program.

Be able to read, speak, and understand English fluently

No colour blindness , claustrophobia and acrophobia.
